Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of the health and personal care products we sell, we have the following return policy in place to ensure product safety and quality.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Personal care items (including lotions, creams, or similar products) once opened
• Any item not in its original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
